Dear Dr. Van Waters: -

Wishing you a Victory and apology
from the Commissioner of Correction
real soon. It's a crime that any-
one who has work so hard and sincere
should be subjected to what you
have. You have not been just
someone in authority, but a
friend to each and every woman
who has been in your custody. You
have treated each one as an indi-
vidual with love and understand-
ing. I speak as one who knows
having had the misfortune of having
been at one time in your custody
I saw the kindness you extended each and everyday.
