released to said Winchester, and reckoning from
said line of said Coolidge and said Winchester
uniformly two rods in width and no more --
To have and to hold the above ^released. premises, to the said
William P. Winchester - his heirs and assigns, to
his and their use and behoof forever.
And the said Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn do covenant with the said
William P. Winchester, his heirs and assigns,
that the premisis are free from all incumbrances
made or suffered by them, excepting such as
are created by a deed bearing date and recorded with Middlesex deeds
Libo 454 Folo 220, and that they will warrant
and defend the same to the said William P.
Winchester, his heirs and assigns forever against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons
claiming by, through, or under them, but against
none other, excepting those who may claim under
the aforesaid deed. In witness whereof the
said Corporation hath caused these presents
to be signed by the Treasurer and countersigned
by the Secretary and the common seal to be
hereto affixed on this . Geo. W. Bond Treasr.
