I am in rect [receipt] of your favour
of 13th Inst. in which it is stated that
I had included no accounts for the advance
"of $150 made to me on the 21st July 1885
"in connection with selecting site at
"Georgian Bay etc."

On the 5th Jany 1886 I sent
to your Dept an account of my dis-
bursements to cover this remittance of
$150. as will be seen from the copy to
the letter herewith, as also the accounts
in detail of the items covering that
remittance of $150.
