this Establishment, it will be

relation to the distribution of Spec-
Trout fry amongst the applicants
therein mentioned, I conclude
that your Department has no
Special instructions to give, and
that, I shall use my judgment
as to the number of fry the [?]
to the applicants, and decide also
as to whether the streams and other
palces mentioned by the applicants
are suitable to receive these [fish?]
with the [?] to the successful
growth afterwards. [?]
