The walls require to be covered
with wood, and some additional
Windows will have to be opened up
in the southern wall: -- The ceiling
need not be [cased?], as it would
deduct somewhat from the apparent
height of the room: The [joyces] and
flooring which forms the [becaust?]
ceiling could be tinted with
some light colouring, and give
better effect to the room than
if it were [cased?] and painted.

The floor now made of
planks is so rough and in bad repair, and
should be wholly removed and
a floor made throughout of [gravel?]
[mixed?] with cement or concrete
of some durable description.

The Eight pillars above
mentioned should be cased in
the like manner as the walls.

A stairway is required
to connect the lower and upper
floors of the building.
