Then for the future incorporate into this article,
at the end, the following: --

"They shall from time to time
report, for the action of this Board, such new
avenues and paths as they may deem it necessary
to lay out, or any proposed change in existing
ways." --

Art. 15. "Com. on Regulations & Records of Interments".

I propose to strike out the words --

"Regulations & Records of"
in the title and in the article, as not giving and dis-
tinctive meaning, and as very unwieldy to use. It is
mere surplusage. The duties of the Committee are as well
expressed under the words "Com. on Interments". One duty,
viz. "inspecting the accounts of the Superintendent", you will per-
ceive have nothing to do with interments.

Art. 16. Interments.

The second paragraph (page 39) needs to be amended
by substituting the following in place of the whole paragraph: --

"Until otherwise ordered, five dollars shall be
charged for opening an adult grave and making an
interment, and three dollars for the same service in the
case of a child under ten years of age. For each inter-
ment in a tomb, a charge of not less than three nor
more than five dollars shall be made by the Super-
intendent, according to the amount of service rendered
in the case."
