That the gent. is in
error is evidenced by enclosed order
where the work to be done is specified
as well as the price to be paid --
Again the gardener has no means
of knowing that this lot was a
"Donation on trust lot", therefore couldn't
make a promise on the supposed basis
The fund wouldn't furnish sufficient
income to pay this charge even; to
say nothing of charges for 'care' 'plants'
top dressing which are the only ones
supposed to be covered by the deposit
