E.T. Snow Esq
Chair. Comm. on Lots
Dear Sir
Mr W.S. Houghton proprietor of
lot #2030 on Fir Ave desires to purchase a lot on the
Stone Farm on an avenue. The lot contains 600 ft and
would cost for land $900., for perpetual care of grass $600 &
for sodding posting & marking & deed say $100 -- Total $1600.
He desires to have the corporation take his present lot on
Fir Ave which contains 396 feet in part payment, and
to know if this is done, had much he must pay in addition.
The lot is one which would sell readily I think. It is
fenced at present, but if the fence were removed the
lot could be enlarged from the passageways so as to
make a lot of 550 feet.
Yours very truly
