Dear Sir

The lot that
you looked at no. 3221 Yew A.
was shown to a gentleman last
evening, he was not fully
decided but we told him
that he could have the lot
at a moments notice, if, unsold
at the time. Therefore I cannot
hold it for you as proposed.

It stands thus -- he who first
notifies us, by whose notice we
first receive, takes the lot.
To this date & time nothing has
been heard from the other party --
