We will put the lot in best
order possible and will [cover?] the
work to be done in the best manner
but we cannot ensure permanency
in any case. That is to say. It
is a simple impossibility to so
set a curb that no repairs may
become necessary in the future.
We can let you know when we are
at the work so that you can see
for yourself how it is done in order
that when finished you can accept
the work as satisfactory. I would like
further advise before beginning
