I am ready to contract
for manure & sods for the coming year.
Some 30 or 40 cords^([?])^ will be wanted at
the Greenhouses next month and as
much more in April, and during the
summer from 150 to 200 cords more at
any rate.

The quantity of sods will as far as I
know [?] be as usual.

It is possible that some loam may be
wanted -

The Trustees have fixed a price only
up to 800 sq. ft. (included), and by a
misunderstanding I carried, in the
old scale of 1876
