Messrs Robt Ross & Sons

Dear Sirs

I must decide this week about
the manure as I shall want some at the Green-
houses by the 18th of this month.

I will give you seven dollars ($700) for cord for not
less than 300 cords, part of which I shall want [?]
& suitable for the [horbuls?] and delivered at the [Greenbury?]
and the balance good manure delivered as fast as
[winter?] in the Cemetery.

I will give for sods 2 cents (two cents) pr square foot
delivered in the cemetery as wanted to [?] of first
rate quality.

Please let me know promptly whether you accept
the offer or either part of it

Yrs truly
J.W. Lovering
