Dear Madam

I Find that the surface
of the lot should be raised about 8 inches
which necessitates the raising of all the
foundations now [?] that much. We can
do this, and build the foundation on the
end of the row of headstones in rear of lot
making the row of foundations felt to take
one base and build the foundation in
front right hand corner of lot of size
given by you all complete for $53.75
(Fifty three 75/100 dollars) The fence needs to be
painted at a cost of [?]; but of course
this is a matter for you to decide upon
