1^st To Grade & Sod lot "as usual" & repair
& Paint Fence will cost $52.50

2^nd To Grade & Sod inside of lot only
and to repair & paint fence will cost #37.00

3^rd To Grade & sod as usual & put in
new posts and number will cost after deducting
for old iron & old posts $38.00

This last will. make an appearance
which will be satisfactory.

The fence can never be made to
look well and I think any time & money
used upon it will be thrown away
