Miss Anna Q.T. Parsons
Dear Madam
Nothing has been
done to lot 1549 as we have had no order in
the way of keeping grass cut & lot clean. All
the shrubs & plants that we put in for you are
in good condition.
Lots are not taken under perpetual care
by the Corpn except they are first put in good
order. The rights of the Propr are not at
all abridged as to interments unless he
reconveys the lot back to the Corpn in trust
and then only as he provides himself
The perpetual Repair with Guaranty of a lot
is when the Corpn gives a contract to keep the
lot in order always from that date on forever;
they take it only in good order & forever keep it so
Very Respectfully
