Dear Madam

I will sell an addition
to Lot #4003 Mrs. M.R. Johns late Proprietor of such
width as may be desired at $1.50 per sq. ft. and
in addition the cost of moving the posts, and the
Deed, say about $5 to $10. I can sell no addition
to lot #4002 yours of Prop^r as there is no room
on that [?] to make one. I should have
to make the Deed to proprietor of #4003 but you
could make arrangements perhaps for its use
between you. If you deem the space you should
take it now as frequently when a lot is
sold it is wanted for immediate use and
there is not time to notify. I should not want
to leave a space of more than 3 or 4 ft between
your lot and that sold next to it in the
future
