Dr Sir

Please see that Patchets, or whoever
may be in charge of the gate during your absence,
is directed to refuse admission to all parties with
refreshments whether visitors or persons with dinner for
the men. Except that they [order?] will be allowed to
take in their [?] when they first come in the
morning.

Also refuse admission to all children who come
without an older person with them.
