Dear Sir

The Mayor of the City called
at the Cemetery yesterday, in reference to the laying
of water pipes thru' Coolidge Avenue

The City propose to lay the pipes along the avenue,
provided the [abuttress?] will take water. The service pipe
is laid to the fence linea t the city's expense.

The Mayor desire to know whether, Mt. Auburn will
take water for the [house?] [?] by Mr Barker and at
the barn
