Dear Madam
In looking at your lot today,
I find the grade can be raised to advantage some
six or eight inches, and if this is done the fence should
be taken away.
To take away the fence, put in four new granite
corner posts with a number of the lot on one, to cut
down the tree in the lot and one outside or both
& raise the grade as above, also the myrtle graves now there
and to resod will cost $55 and the fence & old posts.
I think you spoke of wanting another myrtle grave; [w^d^?]
[be?] $7^00^ more if put in.
I would advise that the fence be taken away, as
I think the lot would be much improved thereby.
The perpetual care with flowers, if there are no
headstones or monuments would cost $350 to $400 and
if there are monuments it would be more depending
on the value and desirability of the stone. The lot can be [recov-?]
[ered?] to the Corporation and no more
interments permitted, if you desire
Respectfully
