F.W. Kelsey Esq

Dear Sir

Since sending you the order for
[this?], I learn that the [stills?] are likely to interefere
to some extent with the forwarding of freight
over the N.Y.C. and B&A. RRi.

I write now to say, that, unless you are satisfied
there will be no delay in forwarding, I prefer you
should consider the order void. I am [?] to take
any risk of damage to the trees wile in transit.

If, when the [time?] comes, you find it, therefore
inadmisable to ship them, drop me a line, and I
will get what fees I made here, and defer getting
the balance, to some more promising time

Yours truly
J.W. Lovering
