The probable cost of
perpetual care of lot #2042 would
be $150, but the Trustees fix the
price definitely at time of payment,
and no price can be fixed now
which would hold some years hence,

You can best have it arranged
as per printed [menus?] enclosed.

Before taking the lot under perpetual
care, it would be necessary to
place foundations under the [three?]
headstones in the lot.
