Dear Sir

Your favor of 30 inst was
received this morning. The charge for
"Care of lot" which is keeping grass cut & lot
neat, is $3.75 per an. I have charged you $2.00
for this work this balance of season. I should
advise top dressing the lot with manure in
the fall at an expense of $2.50. This last I
shall do on the strength of the letter at the
proper season unless I am directed by you not
to do so. The granite stone on lot needs
cleaning at a ^rate of^ cost of $2.00 per day for labor
employed on doing it. If you wish the stone
cleaned please advise me. The trees are
in good order. I shall be pleased to carry
out any suggestions that you may make in
the future
