To Clean marble
& paint fence lot 1313 will cost
$7.50 and his will not make
a satisfactory job

I advise that the fence
be removed, all but corner posts
taken out, the number be cut,
& the lot graded & sodded.

This can be done at a cost
of $25⁰⁰ [?] to take the old
fence & extra posts
