Mrs. M.C. Perry

Dear Madam

As I stated to
you yesterday we cannot go
outside of the contract in the matter
of lot #2256, and of course no
one can be authorized to do so.
If you do not wish to pay the
bill of $14.00 for myrtle we can
remove the myrtle and leave the
sod in good order; but if the
myrtle is to remain the bill
should be paid.

Please advise me at once
of your decision so that
whatever is to be done may be
done at the proper season

Very Respectfully
J.W. Lovering Supt

Mrs. F. Almy

Dear Madam

In the matter of
the charges for care & flowers on lot
#424 for 1877 & 1876 as you are
of the opinion that the charge of
$7.50 for flowers is more than you
wish to pay and as there seems
to have been room for some mis-
understanding I have revised
the price so as to leave an unex-
pended balance for use in 1878 of
$15.06. The cost of care will
be $5.50. The plants & other work that
you may wish you will please give
us definite instructions about in the
spring of 1878. This arrangement will
I trust be satisfactory. It is my desire
to do all that I can to make it so
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt
