Dear Sir

To set the steps and buttresses and the five
Corner posts according to the plan of the same, in a thorough
manner, clamping where necessary, and leading the joints
between the steps and buttress, with a foundation of
[bluestone?] laid in cement, and to regrade the borders
in front of the lots to conform to the grade line
as shown on the plan, and sod the same, will
cost ($60.00) sixty dollars, the corporation to take the old
corner posts which will come out of the lots without allowance.
