I have delayed answering your letter of 14 inst
until the price for perpetual care of the myrtle could be
fixed by the committe but as yet have not been able
to ascertain the amt. As soon as it is known, you
will be notified and we will use all expedition
possible

shall be put in as you request
at proper season. The perpetual
care applys to the turf only.
The myrtle would be kept weeded
but any repairs that might
become necessary would be
charged for after the first year
as well as the coming in the
fall uncovering in the spring
