Mrs. C. H. Kettell
Dear Madam
Your favor
of not date received this morning
makes an apology proper to be
made. Of course mistakes will
sometimes occur spite of the
utmost care. The notice was
sent you in the course of business
as it was to many others and
was intended simply as a reminder
of a matter that was supposed
to have escaped your memory;
and to show that It was our
desire no disappointment should
be possible through inattention
on our part. I shall be pleased
to execute any orders that you
may wish to give
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt
