"[put?] in 4 new Posts & cut Number"
"& remove fence & posts" for $31.00

We will hold the old fence
& posts for 3. months until you decide
what is wanted and then if
you wish us we will pay
$11.00 & take fence & posts or will
sell them for you

Please let me know as soon
as convenient what you
want done

Upon going to
the lot #872 To begin the work
ordered I find that a marked
improvement would be made
If I did the following work
viz: "Grade sod inside of lot
Paint Fence, sod borders; remove the
small border stones in front. dowell
the lamb & lead the steps." Part of
this, your letter of April 19 authorized
and the whole can be done for
$30.⁰⁰ but I though it better to
advise you before beginning.
