Your favor of the
17 is received. The found ordered
shall be prepared. To put the lot in
good order [ei?]: To resod inside of
lot & rear bank, repair broken gate
& fence & paint same & [cl?] stone would
be $28.00. It would improve the
appearance of the lot to remove the
fence & superfluous posts, leaving a
boundary post at each corner &
cutting the number & sodding as above
suggested this could be done for
$16.00 [we?] to take the old fence &
posts. I have an order for the
care of the lot, the cost of this is
$3.50 per year [as?] many plants (if any) as
you wish @ $1.50 per dozen. Please advise me

There is no
key to tomb in lot 67 here

Mr. M^c^Arthur's estimate for
resodding was $36.^00^. In
this case the chg for removing
the remains from tomb to
the lot & making the interment
&c would be only the regular
[fee?] for interment was $5.00
Making a total of $41.00

wishes
