Wheeler I write you about the condition
of lot #1311. To put the lot in good
order ei: Resodding, removing fence and
posts leaving post at each corner & cutting
number of lot on one & cleaning granite & marble
& removing two trees will cost $46.50 and
the old fence & posts. If you prefer to leave
the fence, (but I advise against it) it should
be painted at an additional cost of $4.00
