We will sell you

2 feet wide or on the west side
3 feet wide, or on both sides, for
$1.00 per sq foot, on this condition, ei:
That the fence shall be removed
by us and no curb shall be
placed around the lot; a post
at each corner with the number cut
on one of them being placed by
us to mark the boundaries.

The old fence & posts will
pay for cost of making this
improvement in marking the
boundaries
