Dear Sir

Complaint has been made
in regard to the rubbish & [nuisance?] made by your
men on the line of the Watriss Lot. Will you see
that this is properly cleaned up and, if you desire
to continue keeping your tool boxes &c there, that it is
kept clean. It must not be a source of nuisance
to lot owners in that vicinity.
