Dear Sir

I will have the fences on
Mrs Bancroft's lot removed, the posts taken out and the
holes filled and sodded, and leave four corner
posts with the number of the lot cut on one for the old
fence and $5.00.

In doing this I propose to take the four [best?] posts
and place at the corner; these will be cleaned up
so as to look about as well as need. If you decide
to have it done, you can sign the enclosed order & send it to me.
