are to fill out & sign & send here. I will enclose
the transfer of #113 for #160 in the certificate for
#113 if you will bring the same here at once,
or if not convenient for you to bring it, you can
send by mail and I will make the necessary
Entry. You can be present at the removal
or not just as you elect
