Dear Sir
In answer to
your two favors [Inst 14?] and Oct.^r^ 19^th^
I would say that you can have
a small lot on Indian Ridge Path
between the lots of E. Patterson Jr. and C.B. Shaw,
which will contain 110 ft for $375 which
covers all expense of grading & posting &
includes the perpetual care of the
grass.
I can sell you a lot elsewhere for
$310, which price as above, covers the
grading & posting and the perpetual care
of the grass.
Your check of $8 for rent of Rec. Tomb to
Nov. [7^th^?] rec^d^.
Yours very truly

Rev. Albert Bryant
Dear Sir
The Trustees desire
to remove the hedge which encloses
the C.H. [Torrey?] monument as it conceals it
from view and is from other reasons
a cause of some offence.
Will you be kind enough to let
me know whether your wife would
object to our removing the hedge as
it can be done without expense to
her.
Yrs very truly
J.W. Lovering
