Dear Sir

The only satisfactory
way to repair the steps on the Grant
lot is to lower them about 8 inches.
To do this the fence would have to be
removed and the grade changed.
The old material of the fence
would pay for the work.

Perhaps it would be well if you
would see the foreman on the
lot sometime when you are here.

Your note in regard
to lot 355 is received. The boxes (includ-
-ing the two you refer to as having been
reboxed) are in poor condition.

There is one iron casket in good condition.

To make 7 boxes of red cedar and
make the transfer would cost $54.
