Dear Sir

Your note is received
lots 4292 & 3 were sold to Mr [Mauer?]
without any space way between them.
So while you can use a foot at one
side as shown on diagram there
is no such a band between your
lot and 4293 to build on. This gives
you but 17 feet from outside to outside of
wall.
