In regard to the
charge for planting myrtle in the
borders of lot #3394 I cannot find
that any estimate was given.

The priced charged was a fair one
for the work and anything less
would to be to the Corporation's loss.

As there seems to have been
a misunderstanding I enclose
a corrected bill so that the matter
may be satisfactorily settled.

and the other heirs of the late Mr Rendles
would be willing to sell to her the
lot he owned in this Cemetery and
if so at what price.

The lot contains 100 sqr feet and 12
interments have been made in it.
