Dear Madam

I enclose you transfer
deed of lot. It will have to be signed by
yourself.,Wm J. Eliz. J. Isabella
and John Reynolds and any other living
heir of the late Mr Reynolds. And it
must be acknowledged before a
Commissioner for Massachusetts.
When that is done you can either send
the deed to me and I will collect
the money before delivery or you
can send it by express C.O.D. to
Mrs. Beckett 7 Sparks St Cambridge.
