Hon Alpheus Hardy
Boston
Sir
I very much regret that
you found your lot in poor cond-
tion. The grass was very thin and
seed was sown. This will help the lot
somewhat but it cannot be put in
first-class order short of regrading and sodding
The myrtle will be kept free from weeds
on one of the graves it needs to be partly removed
at a cost of $3- The fence can be
repaired (although perhaps not as good as new)
scraped and painted 2 coats for $15-
The shrub on right hand side is a hydrangea.
very respectfully
J. W. Lovering
