Dear Sir

The size of the lot
next to yours is 200 ft (13 & 15) and
the price is ($450) four hundred and fifty
dollars.

In regard to the forget-me-nots I regret
to say that the grass and plants were
accidentally destroyed by one of the
workmen who was sent to the lot to
repair the sodding after the removals
were made, and I should be glad
to have the damage repaired as far as
possible if you can suggest any way in
which it can be done.
