There are 300 sq ft in
lot 795. The lot needs to be graded
and sodded and the fence painted.
The cost will be $52-- The fence
is in bad condition and should be
removed. This can be done 4 posts
recut for the corners, the number cut
on one of them, and the lot graded and
sodded for $35 and old material
of fence.
