Horace G. Lippincott Esq
21 N. Water St.
Philadelphia

Dear Sir

Your favor
of the 28th of Sept. addressed to the
Prest. of the Board of Trustees has
been handed to me by him, for
investigation and reply.

I have been notified by the
undertakers whom Mr Holman em-
ployed at his wife's funeral that
it is proposed during October to
remove the remains from the Receiving
Tomb here, to Forest Hills Cemetery
for interment, and that all fees
for use of the tomb would then be
paid, so that it would not appear
that I should be justified in taking
any action in the matter, as all
the rules & regulations in regard to
the deposit of a body in the tomb
would have been complied with.

Should there by any change of
circumstances, which would make
it possible to comply with your
request, I will endeavor to notify
you.

Yrs very truly
J.W. Lovering
Supt.
