To raise the
grade of your lot #309 on Caltha
Path to the top of the granite corner
posts and resod using the same
sod now on lot will cost ($45)
forty five dollars, the filling to be
made with loam.

If Miss Poor's lot is raised at the
same time, the two lots can be
raised and resodded with the
sods now on them for $75 seventy
five dollars.

The perpetual care of your lot
including the myrtle grave and
also the cleaning but not the removal
of the monument would cost $400
four hundred dollars in addition
to the cost of raising the lot already
fixed.
