In reply to your
favor of the 19^thinst, I would
say that it is our custom in
setting granite monuments to
lead the joints, and that I think
it much the best way of filling
them. I have intended to have them leaded.

The whole expense of taking down
the monument, setting it up again
and leading, will not exceed ($30)
thirty dollars.
