Status: Needs Review

Saml Eliot Esq

Dear Sir

To renew the hedge
about your lot, where the trees
are dead will cost $2500, but it
is so difficult to plant new trees
in an old hedge and make them
grow, that I should not want to
insure that they would do well.

The perpetual care of the lot without
the hedge, including the cleaning but
not the renewal of the marble would
be $400, it being understood that the
hedge was to be removed, or you
can leave the hedge as it is, and
given such sum as you desire to
appropriate to the corporation in
trust, the income to be spent on
your lot, but will not guaranty
from the Corporation that the sum
is sufficient, their liability having
ceased when they have faithfully
expended the income as far as it
will go.

Yrs truly
