There has been
too much ice & snow over the lots
to make a satisfactory examination
before this of your lot.

The cost of perpetual care of the
lot & myrtle border, with plants
in bed on lot, and in front of the
lot, and care of the steps & entrance
would cost ^$650⁰⁰ and the sum
could be reduced by the removal
of the myrtle border, or if there were
not plants furnished.

The cost of the perpetual care of
your lot ^^{& Miss Caulk's} including the fence, and
plants in the front border, and the
caring but not the renewal of
headstones will be ^$450⁰⁰ or
you should first remove the
fence, which can be done without
[expense?] to you, ^$400⁰⁰. If no plants
are supplied either estimate as
[..in?] above would be ^$75. less, that
[cost?] without plants ^$375 with the fence
^$325 without the fence.
