Dear Madam

In regard to the
Allen lot #1551 I find that it
will cost $40- to put it in repair
or if the fence is removed (as it ought to
be) $33 and old material.

There are 7 interments now in the
lot and 4 or 5 adults can yet
be interred there

If the lot were vacant it would be
worth about $500-
