Dear Sir

In answer to
your favor of the 20^th I would say
that the perpetual care of lot 2814
without plants, including the cleaning
but not the renewal of the 4 headstones
now on lots and not exceeding [such?] of
similar value to be added hereafter
will cost five hundred dollars, the
Corporation reserving the right to remove
the curb, should the portion about the
adjoining lots 2815 and 2816 get very
considerably out of repair, & the owners
of these lots be unwilling or unable to
repair their portions the cost of perpetual
care of lot ^#2815 on the same basis
would cost ^$425 and that of lot
2816 ^$325.

The same provision in regard to the curbing
specified in regard to lot 2814, to apply to
lots 2815 and 2816 unless all lots are
placed under perpetual care.

The lots now need considerable repairs

to clean the curb, & reset as needed	$30.
to clean the headstones.	8.00
to put sod in first rate order.	93.00
	$131.00

the sodding could be put in fair order
by seeding lots 2814 & 2815, but 2816 needs
resodding.

If resodded & the curb put in order, it
would cost for either lot ^$50⁰⁰, but
if seeded & put in order ^$30⁰⁰.

If all lots were put under perpetual
