Messrs [?]
Worcester
Dear Sir
Yours of yesterday is
received. It is not in my power to
permit removals from any lot except
on the order of the owner of the lot.
The fact that the bodies to be removed
were those of the Mr J.H. Walker family
does not authorize him to order them
removed from someone else lot
The heirs of the late Mr Joseph Walker
will have to file a list of the present
owners if there are several or have the
lot transferred - If there are
joint owners a majority of them must
sign an order for removal.
The orders given by you with
the exception of Joseph Walker do not
agree with our record. The [?]
of your letter and the [?] say
Mr Walker refer I suppose to [?]
Ellen if our record. We have not
any unnamed children recorded
in this lot.
I return Mr JH Walkers letter and
enclose 4 removal blanks and our [?]
address in case Mr Walker desires
to correspond with him in regard to the
title to the lot
Very respectfully
JW Lovering Supt
